A recently introduced service called MyGallons.com allows drivers to fill up their tanks sometime in the future but at current prices, using a debit-like card which banks gallons rather than dollars.

uhhh.. I heard this was a defunked plan. There were two major problems Can't remember what one of them was but the one I can remember is they say the cards are accepted at 95% of stations and it's more like 5%.
