That is just amazing. It's always been a dream of mine to actually see his houseboat in person. Thanks for sharing with us. I can't wait to see more!

The process of sorting through the photos and getting them "web-ready" is taking a little longer than I'd hoped.

But I'm getting there slowly.

In the mean time here's another sneak peek...

This time upstairs to that darn shower we kept hearing about - upstairs and to the left.

This picture is taken from about where the end of MacGyver's bed was, so we get an idea of where the shower would have been in relation to the rest of the room. I believe the room you can see off to the left was added sometime after filming had finished because it's over what was the lounge area, and we see some high shots in some episodes, which look down onto the lounge, and those shots wouldn't have been possible if that room had been there.

I love that houseboat!

Anything significant from the show still in the houseboat? Like are some of the stairs on the spiral staircase different from when Dr. Zitto blew them up? Is the custom ingraving Murdoc did still there? Is the wood skirting different from when Dent fell through the roof trying to escape his PO? It would be awesome to see some kind of mac relation that is still there after so many years.

The staircase got fixed in it's original way when Zito blew them up as seen in later episodes. After Dent fell through the roof the houseboat was shown in Stricktly Business at the beginning and before Mac left for the safe house. This was the last time the houseboat was seen in the show.

If MacGyver was shooted in the interior of the houseboat from 3rd to 6th season, maybe the interior of Venice Apartment was used to shoot the 1st season. And also with the rest of the houses in the rest of seasons. I really thought it was a set from a studio.

Yeah I thought it was too, but apparently its all real.

The houseboat is still living in Vancouver too, so that kind of lends an explanation as to why MacGyver had to move houses when they shifted production back to LA.

If the Houseboat is real? What about The Pete Office? I found this pic in the net. I thought it was from the set!!! But now!!! I donīt know.
