In DVD version you can see the details better, but anyway the arrow (A) shows the parking garage and (B) that radio tower.
That parking garage was demolished after 2011 and replaced with apartment building. That whole city block has changed and the radio tower was removed, so no wonder it was impossible to find this for starters.

I first thought this building located near that Flo's diner location, because there was one building near it with identical exterior like this one what red arrow is pointing. So now by accident I found some old aerial photos around Vancouver aerial from 80s -90s, and noticed that red/white building what I was looking for yesterday.

@denizen: it's nothing easier than finding the location of the shooting if you have the call sheets to the episodes. There are frequently some originals for sale on the net. I suggest to check on ebay every now and then. ;-)

That building were the girl and Bill were held was demolished after 2002 and the rest of the warehouses including the one were Jesse and frank were hanging was destroyed after 2007.

In the background you can see that plant (red arrow), I couldn't find same looking from google picture search, but then I was just able to see parked cement truck front of that plant, so I figured that would be some sort of cement plant. Went to google, 10 seconds search and boom = Hollywood Cemex Cement Plant.

That warehouse on right side of that street was destroyed in last year 2015.

Mac starts to walk towards that museum from the intersection to right, when he catches Jana and we see (close shot) from Jana they are locating back on the State Dr, same street where Mac bought ice cream. Those street light poles are only in State Dr. When we see Mac talking in (Medium shot) they are back on the street which is next to that museum.
