Are you asking which one could dismantle a bomb? I'm not sure any of them can. Maybe Nikki because she has some training, but I don't know. She was a girl, and his friend, but she was never his "girlfriend" (although I would have liked her to be).

Deborah seemed to have the knowledge about electronics and bombs. We see her wiring up something in the Negotiator episode, so I think if she knows how to make bombs, she's probably got a pretty got understanding on how to disarm them as well.

I would say Deborah. I really wouldn't feel safe with anybody other then Mac dismantaling a bomb.

Also I don't think that Nikki was Mac's girlfriends...maybe a friend, because she cared for him when he isolated himself on Pete's mountain cabin, with grief and guilt over Mike's death....
