Yeah, I love Rebecca. My husband bought me Vertigo for my birthday but we watched it when our son napped. My husband spent the whole day with me and told me to just relax and forget the housework--he even did the cooking and the dishes!! He never does dishes unless I tell him and I didn't have to tell him.

We also own Notorious, Spellbound, North by Northwest and Psycho. That's our Hitchcock collection.
He told me to pick any movie, but to choose one under 3 and a half hours. So Ten Commandments, BenHur, Gone With the Wind, Sound of Music were out. I wasn't choosing a Disney film. He knew that I was thinking about Gone With the Wind, and the deal was that we watched as a family so it also had to be family friendly, so Braveheart was out, Schindler's List was out, Dark Knight was out, Psycho was out and Psycho really isn't a birthday movie. I am thrilled with my choice--my daughter likes Rebecca, and my husband liked it. We watched Vertigo together because he had not seen it all the way through and didn't get it---you have to see it all the way through to get it. My husband told me that I could watch a MacGyver episode but that he wanted to watch wrestling at 8:00, nothing odd there. That gave gave time to pick one, I told him if I picked one, I'd want more, so I picked a Stargate sg1 episode. I plan to do MacGyver tonight.
