It's a nice idea but it would get in the way of trying to use the knife, the right way. and if someone sees the knife and takes it from him, his money would be gone as well.

Hopefully whoever took the money would grab the SAK and run. They probably wouldn't even know what they had. Knowing Mac he would probably get the SAK back and tell them to keep the money. (I hope).
