Nah, it does look like the Parker house.

It doesn't look exactly the same, but I'm wondering if they used the back of the gallery for the Parker house or something because they are very similar.

The stonework looks quite different, but that could be a facade, or a superficial change since the filming of 'Parker House'. They certainly are both very interesting structures.

similar but not the same. I wonder if the parker house was built for the show or if it was a real place that was abandoned?

Yeah and the colors are reversed. It actually looks like the Hart House Restaurant now that I think about it, but again the roof is wrong and the Hart House Restaurant doesn't have the stone work like this place has.

I'm thinking probably just a location they found.
I think it's more likely that they simply "dressed up" the place to look abandoned, or uncared for.
