She was on a talk show called Chelsea lately on E! a couple of nights ago. She said she's a very observant Jew (not sure if she's all the way over to Orthodox) - she only wears skirts in public (but jeans when she's in the house). The host of the show has one Jewish parent and one Mormon one, so they talked about how Mayim's husband converted from Mormanism to Judaism, and last year, so did his mother!
Mayim said family visits are interesting.
She's also looking to get back into acting - when she did some episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm recently, she didn't know her character was a lesbian until after she started filming - they didn't bother to mention it.
But this isn't a serious talk show, it's on E! after all.
Oh, nice thing she did - on what Not to Wear, they give the person $5000 for the new wardrobe. Mayim said she'd buy her own clothes, adn they could give the money to charity.
