I think if your going to train a dog you don't need to do it out in the open where everyone can see you, you don't drag a dog, hit it or ect. i do not belive in breaking a dogs spirit when you train an animal it takes time.

Shame on the dog owner! Animals have equal rights and dignity to live as humans do. It's wrong to beat a child and equally wrong to beat an animal, be it dog, cat, pig, whatever.

Interesting that he didn't really seem to get involved and then he walked away.. leaving the dog to be beaten some more.

He could have just called the cops.. I'm sure there's laws against beating dogs in the US.

I don't think Rick could have got involved. He might have done if TMZ hadn't been there. Camera's affect what they see just by being there. He did bring it to attention using the Media. Which is always a good thing.

I agree! If tmz wasn't there Rick would definitly have done something, he did for the seals and got arrested for the effort, but he didn't want to give tmz any more ammunition against him. He has a hard enough time getting them to let him alone.

Me too! I'd like to bust their noses for calling him a fat *** in front of his mom. It really irritates me too since the one guy at tmz is a lot BIGGER than Rick is.
