oh one thing you may need to look into regarding the Phoenix Foundation logo.

As I understand it, the logo used in the show is actually a trademark owned by Paramount studios, and using it as your band logo is probably in violation of that trademark which could put your band in hot water if you start making money and stuff.

So that's probably worth checking out if you haven't already.
