But Santa Luisa, California zip code is 92075, close to the San Dieguito park.

yep and you can see that the docks there are all named ways.. Fiji Way etc

So that leaves us trying to figure out what the way in his address is?

It is clear that Mac lives in the Sourhern of CA.

Marina del Rey is nearby to the First Apartment in the season 1. I remember in this forum the suggestion about move the Houseboat to this place or make a set or replica of the Houseboat to Marina del Rey for the shoot of the new Movie, so it could appear places from the 1, and/or 2 and/or 7 seasons with the home of the rest of seasons.
