It's crazy that in the old like 20's or 30's comic books, Batman totally would just pull out a Tommy Gun and hose the bad guys. From a dark guy like that, to the goofy 60's character, back to a darker knight, how Batman has changed. Anyway, those are humorous observations, but it goes without saying that they aren't even close to seriously suggesting it.

I've always noticed this to myself. Since I was a kid, years before MacGyver came about, I always had a love for Batman. Even now, He's my favorite superhero of all time and this is coming from a 20 year comic book(every week) reader/collector. I wonder how deep it subconciously goes?
