As you can see, it's a flat screwdriver. It's also very very small, probably only good for tightening screws on eyeglasses. You may be able to modify it by pulling it apart and inserting a very small phillips in it's place, depending on how strongly the screwdriver blade is fastened to the grey handle. If you could do that, then it would be more useful for things such as cameras, laptop computers and other electronic devices.
Also, did you know there's a place on your knife that can hold a pin? Look under your corkscrew or phillips screwdriver where it's attached to the handle, if you see a tiny little hole, that's where a sewing pin can go.

If you have an older model it may not have that feature, but most newer SAKs do.
