I know he got Harry's truck and we were introduced when he was at a car wash and some car washer gave him a hard time about it being old, then some pretty woman walks by and said she liked it.... When did the jeep officially go? Was it the amish episode where it rolled?

It never goes, we see it again in episode 7.

He probably just had it in storage somewhere.

If you look good you can see the jeep is parked next to Harry's truck in Serenity.

I did notice a jeep at that part, but couldn't be any jeep? Mostly blocked by another car.

Murdoc trashed the jeep in widow maker and the Amish episode it was rolled.

The truck Would have made more sense after passages.

And MacGyver repaired the jeep in the outsiders and we see it in later episodes, as I said before, right up to the 7th season. It actually gets finally trashed in the final episode with an uzi or something. Kind of like the final nail in the shows coffin

Murdoc just flatened the tyres. He didn't trash it and like Mac said: metal is easily fixed.
