Just ran across this news article about an ancient swiss army knife found from roman times.

That is so cool! And just at how far one little knife has come! I wonder how much something so old would cost? It'd be great as a collectors item.

I wouldn't think it would be sold. It'll go into a museum, which is where something like this should go. Ancient artifacts should always be in museums where they are properly looked after and preserved for everyone to see.

You are probably right. I would still love to own something like that though. I would have a hard time giving it up to a museum, though.

Very cool! I'd wondered just how far back in time the concept went. Then again, I'm not too surprised the ancient Romans had something like this; they were a clever bunch.
