This issue is even better than the first one!

I love the Winkler and Penny mentions, obviously a nod to Henry Winkler and Penny Parker.

And isn't the picture of MacGyver standing in the Egyptian museum absolutely iconic.

I also love that he hides his first name with his thumb, and the old photo of him where he has his mullet. XD Looks like they were trying to make him look like RDA in the photo as best they could. I thought it was great! I love all the little nods to the show.

Gotta love the nostalgia... made me go back to Netflix and watch a couple of episodes. haha!

I will admit, his new look it totally growing on me. I think they did a fantastic job with this one.

I actually didn't pick up on that. But yes, that is a very RDA looking MacGyver in that old photo.

They've done an outstanding job with this issue.

Just curious, but where does everyone get their comics? I live in the middle of nowhere, so I buy mine online from TFAW.com and was just noticing there hasn't been any reviews yet for the comic even on Amazon.com. So, I may go around and post some reviews to support the comic. Thoughts??? lol

I don't know for sure, but I would suspect they only review the first issue of each new comic book series to give readers an idea of what it's like and if it's worth buying, much like a TV series.

Having said that the whole cyberverse seems to have ground to a halt in the past week. Could be Christmas kicking in.

I've just been re-reading this comic and noticed a comment from MacGyver about if Cornwells death is on anyone, it's on him... just like in the show. He blames himself for bad stuff that happens to other people.
