I just thought how cool it would be if Mark Burnett, the creator of The Amazing Race, among many other TV shoes, created a show similar to The Amazing Race but rather than have challenges that focus on a specific culture, have the challenges be MacGyverisms. The contestants would be put in a situation, given certain objects and they would have to MacGyver a way out of said situation. Of course none of these situations would be life threatening or too dangerous. I think it would be cool to see the different ways the different teams MacGyvered their way on to the next challenge.
The name of the show could be "What Would MacGyver Do?"
On a seperate but somewhat related note, Mark Burnett is married to Roma Downey who co-starred on Touched by an Angel, which also featured Della Reese who played mama Colton on MacGyver.
