I just got off the phone with my "contacts" at Paramount Studios and by "contacts" I mean the person that answered the phone.

Anyway, I spoke with a gentleman (didn't write down his name) in the Archive Dept. and he said that when Paramount Studios split from CBS Television in 2006 all props, costumes, etc. from shows that were produced by both studios went to CBS.
I then called CBS and spoke with Peter Molnar in CBS Mastering and he told me that he has no idea where any of the stuff from MacGyver went, nor where it is now, nor could he think of anyone that does, given that the show went off the air over 20 years ago.
If I think of any other way to find out this information I will.
I wish I lived in Southern California so that I could attend the auctions that studios have from time to time. Who knows, Mac's brown bomber jacket or his black naked biker jacket may be in the hands of someone who doesn't appreciate or care what they have, at least not the way we would.
