One way to narrow the maker of the jacket down is to look at the brightness of the orange lining. Some are a bright orange and some are a more muted orange. Mac's was a more muted orange.
You can see the lining of Mac's Ma-1 in a scene in "Mask of the Wolf" when he and Jack are in the library doing some research. If I remember correctly, it's right when Mac stands up to leave the table and corrects Jack's reference to the walking stick, "Talking stick, Jack. Talking stick".
Other features that may help: is the shape of the front slash pocket flaps and the color of the zippers and the pull tabs. Mac's were silver, whereas some brands are brass colored. I owned a Ma-1 years ago and the zippers and pull tabs were painted blue to match the jacket.
