Lee Zlotoff recently gave a presentation of his newly developed MacGyver Method for problem solving at the "SuperheroYou Downtown Vegas" summit. The first part of the presentation is a brief review of MacGyver's conception and graphic novel status.

Note: In this presentation he refers to the Yurika Method. This has since been renamed to the MacGyver Method.

I watched this the other day. It's actually really interesting what he says about driving in the car and taking a shower... because it's true. Usually if I'm doing something that's not mentally challenging, I get bored so my mind will start to wander... that's when ideas start to pop up for things. Also, I get ideas from dreams.
