Up until now I hadn't heard about LOLCats or LOLMacs. Apparently, I haven't spent enough time online!

It's a she. She's a very social and curious cat. Follows me around the house to see what's happening at the moment. Loves sleeping in my bed (I won't let her do that at night though) and relaxing on door sills. She's a great companion. The only problem is I have to be careful so that I don't step on her tail

She sounds like a complete sweetheart! ^.^ We haven't had a cat in years on account of my sister's allergy to cats, but I love cats. :3 They're such unique individuals!

So many new posts, so much catching up to do. I've been on a short vacation for a couple of days. Look at all the LOLcats Kiara made while I was away!















Well, it's not threatened, actually. I glanced at Wikipedia and got it wrong. However, Kiara (with a little help from me) had already made the LOLcat...

Oh my gosh, you're cat just has so much personality! XD I'm loving these LOLKiara's a lot. lol, especially the one about the photo session.

Very cute!! Kiara cooperates for your pics!! My two don't cooperate at all for pics. If I get a camera out they promptly quit doing what was cute and walk up too close to me!! Ugh! I love cats, but they are such individuals! I swear mine know EVERYTHING I am saying and understand it...they just have 'selective understanding' and often choose to pretend they don't understand. Such as the word "no"...I haven't figured out what part of that word they don't understand, the "N" or the "O".

Mela, so do our dogs! I really do believe they know exactly what we're saying. Especially Stitch, my mother's Pekingese; that dog is sooo sensitive.

I agree dogs do too, but perhaps they are just less picky about what we're saying. Dogs love us regardless, cats are "above" us...or at least I believe they think that!! LOL

LOL! Exactly! Cats seem a lot more independent than dogs. Dogs say, "oh hey you don't have to do that, I'll go get your slippers!!!" And cats, "Pfft, tell you what, why don't you get MY slippers?" Heh, I think parrots are on the same level as cats. XD We're just there to serve them, you know. ;D

ROFL!!! I loved the middle one in the kitchen!!! Kiara actually seems to be smiling about it too!!!

I have to "dust" my stove top before I cook too (cat hair). Technically my furry boys know they are not allowed up on the kitchen cabinets, but for some reason I find these little paw prints across the glass stove top...hmmmm??

It's so hard to say no to her! I close the kitchen door when I use the stove though. Or else I'm afraid she would burn her paws.

Thanks Yope and MDB. They are pretty cute, but they never let me catch their cuteness on camera. Boy, if I could catch a video of them some time!!!

There isn't a door on our kitchen, but they know the counters are a no-no, so they only get up there when we're gone from the house. Smokey has figured out though that if he is up higher then we will pet him more (we don't have to bend over). So he will get up on the bar stools while I'm cooking on the other side of the island and watch me. So I pet him and encourage that behavior...besides, it keeps him out from under foot. It's cute to watch him go from stool to stool depending upon where I am in the kitchen to get closest to me.

They love it when a bird or bug passes the window! They get all excited and parts start to vibrate!!
