Well her first appearance was in D.O.A. MacGyver played by a different actress called Priscilla Morrill.
Then in the third season the actual actress appeared but I can't exactly recall her first episode she's in. I'm not sure if she's in Fire and Ice but in The Widowmaker Pete calls Helen from Mac's houseboat.
Than in the Odd Triple Pete kinda orders her to book him a flight to Toulon, France.
Than she shows up in Rock the Cradle and than I think she shows up at least twice in the fourth season.
I'm not sure if she shows up in Ma Dalton.
In Cleo Rocks she gives Pete a message that Penny Parker called to meet him in the theatre.
I think her final appearance is in Brainwashed but I'm not sure about that either.
In season 5 she's not seen or heard. Than in season 6 in The Gun after Mac, Breeze and Laura are caught, Pete is seen waiting in his office for Mac. I'd assume it's was Helen on speaker saying there was still no word from MacGyver. And the last time we hear her is in Strictly Business after that night Mac got a visit from Murdoc in his houseboat saying she had MacGyver on line 2 and that it was about Murdoc.
 I think the poison that was used was applied to this knife, passed to the mutton when it was cut and then activated by the wine. - MacGyver.
Sometimes you just have to die a little inside to be reborn and rise again as a stronger and wiser version of you.
It's better to be a little sad than to be fake content.
