Cool but may be fake.
I think the poison that was used was applied to this knife, passed to the mutton when it was cut and then activated by the wine. - MacGyver. Hard to know. You can see other price tags on shelves in the background and all the wording is blurry, so they would have had to print off a fake label and put it on the container in the store just before taking the picture.

Actually, this seems like exactly the sort of thing a ::cough:: person I know would do. This ::cough:: person made all sorts of legit looking fake signs and posted them all over a place of employment. These signs cause some discussion and head scratching, which was very very funny to watch.
Chilli, cumin, coriander, oregano and garlic... Not a bad all-purpose mix, actually. I bet even barbequed lizard would taste good with a bit of that on it!

I think so too! The label says that it tastes good with chicken and reptiles taste like chicken right?
"Definitely Murdoc's handiwork. I could fix it if I only had some duct tape." -Murdoc (impersonating MacGyver), "Strictly Business"
Actually, I'm hard put to think of anything savoury that wouldn't taste good with a bit of MacGyver spices on it!
1. That comment about "MacGyver spice" is begging to be taken out of context.
2. I'm just going by your sigline, but are you a roller-derby(er)? If so, more than one of you have intruded upon my social internet world in the past month or so.

Hah! Whatever were you thinking
No, I'm not a roller-derby-er (roller-derby-ist? I dunno...), I just liked the idea of cheerfully scooting through life without following the same path as anyone else What have the roller-derby-ists been intruding upon? Now I'm curious...
Now here's a funny story.. I only joined this forum to set you guys straight on this ! ..but that's not the story. .. this is:
I was responding to a facebook comment of my cousin where that image of the ol' MacGyver Spices I took to show a friend a year or so ago was relevant. Unable to quickly find the image I thought I'll just google "MacGyver + spices" and run with that. "Well look at that" I thought out loud - for the first cab off the rank looked a LOT like my photo. That's when I opened up this entry on this forum and read with amusement the various theories.
Well folks, I can tell you the spices are REAL, the guys who run the Oasis Bakery have an excellent sense of humour ( and some really good tucker ) as well as a very large range of spices, obviously not all are listed online. My daughter made crumbed chicken with this spice only two nights ago and it was quite delicious.
Here's a photo of my tub with a couple other Oasis products I found in the pantry earlier this evening.
If I find my original photo - I'll force it upon you all !

LOL! The mystery is solved! XD Thanks for clearing that up, Uncle Les. And for the photos!
Wish we had an Oasis Bakery here. I wouldn't mind browsing through those spices.

Pity there's no mention of lizard or that black and blue trout (or what-ever it was). That would have been funny.
