An idea for a new addition to my MacGyver Lego collection came to me last night as I was trying to get to sleep. Like my last one, it's inspired by one of the opening credit scenes, which was featured in one of the episodes. I'll post a picture as soon as it's done.

Well I would try

, all in all it was simple to build, at least I destroyed in one time and builded it again.
I made once different version from it, wider, but still tried keep it in normal lego scale and tried to put technic parts to create turning tires and steering wheel, but it was hard to make possible smallest rack and pinion system so I gave up.

It occurs to me that this would be a good way to plan out how to build a real Lego version. TO see which pieces you would need etc.

BlockCAD looks like a really cool program. I'm hoping it will help with some of the other Mac sets I have in mind. So far, the sets I've built have been done freehand, as it were.

Wow, that's amazing. Lego! Everything is Lego these days. They have the Lego Movie, they have video games on everything: Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Carribean... I think one of their most recent collections is they also have Back To The Future. I'm sure that some day that will have his own Lego video game too and who knows maybe MacGyver will follow.

Here is my latest custom Lego Minifigure. I'm sure everyone will be able to guess what episode inspired this creation. I know, Mac's suit didn't have stripes in it but there is no way for me to Brasso off the stripes without erasing the other features printed on the torso.

Both of those look great! I cant quite pin point the episode you are referring to for the first pic. (I'm terrible at Guess the episode from the still) and I LOVE the Stargate one!

Here is my latest custom MacGyver Lego creation. Inspired by the opening gambit from "Trumbo's World". This set includes MacGyver, Dr. Andrea Gates (complete with beret), two oars and a spool of "barbed wire".
