This isn't hysterically funny, but something happened in my own life recently that I think is poignant and a little amusing:

Pierce Brosnan first showed up as James Bond in Goldeneye when I was 11, and all of the entertainment segments on the news shows my family used to watch were touting not only his debut, but also that of Judi Dench as the first woman in the franchise to play Bond's boss, M. At the time, my dad grumbled and complained about how annoying it was that the producers behind Bond were taking this boneheaded and overtly PC step.

A couple of weeks ago, my mom and I were watching another piece with Dench, a 2007 miniseries called Cranford. A day or two later my father found it in the DVD player and started watching it. Soon after, he turned to me and said, "I think she [Judi Dench] plays a good role in this, but I will always think of her as M. "

There was once this time I was watching a T.J. Hooker episode, and one of the characters, Corrigan, was wearing an ugly sweater. (I'm pretty sure that was the style back then, but to me, it was ugly ) On the show, he commented to Hooker something like, "Let's go have some fun. What do you want to do?"

And I said, "Watch you change out of that outfit." I MEANT, "I think you need to change into something better." I did NOT want to watch him. Boy, the look my mom shot me...

That's what so great about movies, how some actors show up in series or movies that makes you go: Him? Her? You? Most of all I remember this with Daniel Craig and Gerard Butler in Jolie's Tomb Raiders. Like: huh?

Also sometimes I happen to talk against my television when I get carried away in a scene. Lately in my daily soap I simply cringe of some characters that makes me want to say: "Get out!" or "Shut up!" But do you think they listen? Hell no, they just keep going on an on. In the past few weeks, it's been bad, I admit, but then again, they deserve the misery they're in. Then again, soaps.

Funny thing about communicating online, is you can't see the other person you're talking to. You have to assume some things. Like, who says every online comment is made by a human? *scratches ear with back leg, presses "add reply" with claws, curls up to take a nap*

For the record, if some guy tricked me like in the last video, I would have murdered him.

But funny!

It's what they do. A sort of a last check and when you're distracted they hit the button.

What I think is interesting in most of these vids it's always the guys passing out. I wonder why that is. Women can take the speed better then men or maybe it's because they're smaller then men, I don't know.

When I was skimming through videos for The Dog Island, I found this. This guy makes game videos, and he sounds prety macho. I know the game backwards and forwards, but it cracked me up hearing his dialogue for playing the game for the first time. He had NO CLUE what he was walking into. It makes me feel better hearing this tough-sounding guy going, "Oh they're SOOOOOOO CUUUUUUUUTE!"

Lame joke time.

So if I break the handle on a coffee mug, and duct-tape it back together, can I call it "Mug-gyver"?

*crickets chirping* Okay, never mind.

Nice!! I especially love the crickets chirping part!

I love it!

I can't stop laughing. This is like the best thing I found on failarmy.

Somehow, I suspect that that's exactly what would happen if I tried this.

This seems more of a Lulu thing to me but in case you do intend to try this, please indulge us and film it.

LOL, I don't think I'll be trying this anytime soon, but next time I try to do something and mess it up, I'll let you know.

I think my biggest fails mostly has to do with being half-asleep. There was one time I woke up to go to the bathroom, and somehow thought we needed a new roll of toilet paper. So I grabbed one off the shelf, but otherwise went to the bathroom like normal, without waking up much at all. I woke up the next morning wondering why there was a roll of toilet paper in my bed... and why I was cuddling it.

Or when you accidentally PM yourself.
