Interesting. My son LOVES Skylanders & How To Train Your Dragon so I知 sure Spyro will give him fun. Wonder if that game with Toothless is available on Xbox

Jedi's right, it's just a game you hook directly to the tv, no need for any gaming counsels. They do have both How to Train Your Dragon and How to Train Your Dragon 2 video games that are on the Xbox, though, as well.

This new one is a bit harder to play, I've noticed. I think you can find the original floating around, but yeah... it's fun!
We also played the hell out of Indiana Jones and his Desktop Adventures. My Dad LOVED that game. XD

That was like with me and the Fate of Atlantis. Just one little thing though, we got stuck always. That stupid name of the Lost Dialogue of Plato and the solution was sooo obvious. Or finding the Lost Dialogue of Plato (which was different in each game just as the collections you could find it in) and then the Crete level and Atlantis itself. That game was fun and a challenge but of course if you tried everything and nothing happens well... your stuck. Yet I would do anything for point and click adventures.

We had Fate of Atlantis as well, and got stuck early on in the game. It was weird because that was before a time where you could just google for an answer and finding out there was some sort of bug.
Every played Myst? I haven't played any of those games in a LONG time, but I remember Myst V: End of Ages was amazing. Riven will always be my favorite entry though.
Those were some tough games too...

It's the parrot!! It's darned parrott! Bwaaaaak!!!
Nope, never played Myst. But we had many Sierra interactive games like Phantasmagoria 1&2 and Black Dahlia. Unfortunately, the games went lost but I still have the boxes, which I can't seem to throw away.

Nice! I'm such a Resident Evil nerd... lol
Actually, it's a bit of a can of worms because I love that franchise, but I hate what Capcom's done with it after Shinji Mikami left. Resident Evil without Shinki Mikami is like Metal Gear Solid without Hideo Kojima. It's just not the same...
But I love Resident Evil 2. Resident Evil 3 scared the crap out of me. I mean, I never panicked so hard in a video game than when Nemesis would just show up and start chancing you. Yes.. I ran away like the chicken I am. Code Veronica X was hard as hell... even with a strategy guide.
LOVED Resident Evil 4... because... Leon. XD
I've heard good things about RE7, but I'm still leery. I've just been disappointed too much with Capcom over the years. Revelations was about the only decent entry they put out, and then they ruined it with Revelations 2.
Ugh... such a can of worms.... ;_;

Managed to find a Resident Evil 3 lurking around too.
Personally i think the first 4 games are very good. Never played 5 or 6 mainly because of the bad things i heard.
I guess if you want to know what it would have been like with Shinji Makami, then rest your eyes on The Evil Within series. That is his new baby.
Yes, RE7 looks quite frightening and intriguing as a game. Even though it has nothing to do with zombies, it does take place in the same universe as its predecessors.

I still have Resident Evil 2 as well but never fully finished it. Might as well be an idea for the next game to play.

I've actually been debating about getting Evil Within. It's weird because it feels like he overdid it. XD
RE5 & RE6 are "okay". You can tell they're lacking that quality from previous titles. The original titles felt like they had a clear direction. RE4 was supposed to be a continuation of that, but because Capcom had a hissy fit, they just kinda... skipped over it.
RE5 & RE6 kinda brought it back, but it lacked the direction of the originals. RE5 was a clone of RE4 with co-op, different characters and a different setting. RE6 just seemed confused.
They weren't awful games, but they weren't very good Resident Evil games.
I always found it interesting that during the time of RE4, we got a slew of great games from Capcom. Games like Devil May Cry and Haunting Ground... which were all recycled from scrapped RE4 concepts.
Haunting Ground was brilliant... very hard, very stressful. Anyone play that one?
@MacGyverGod - You should! Once I figure out the volume issue with my PS2, so I'm gonna play all the originals. I just won't be able to stream it...
That reminds me, they did do a semi-remake of RE2 for Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles. It was a rail shooter for the Wii. You had a new mission with Leon and Krauser prior to his infection, a remake of RE2 and a remake of Code Veronica X.

Jedi, I got pretty far one time but never finished it, but I will next time. It is just one of many I always started but never finished.
Just listen to that police station main hall theme.

Well, the thing is... you've got four scenarios. So once you finish a game, you've three more to play. lol It's like four games in one. I believe the canon story is Claire A & Leon B. Leon A & Claire B is like an alternate story.
I've got fond memories playing these games on my PS1 back in the day. My mother used to get super annoyed of the crows. XD
That reminds me, has anyone played Resident Evil: Dead Aim or any of the Outbreak games? My sister and I were very heavily into Resident Evil, so we played anything we could get our hands on. We even read all the books. XD
My favorite track is this one... it's a secret room you can check out once you get to the labs.

Looks like I brought something back from the dead here.
But I知 in the same boat. Think it was after I saw the CGI movies. I知 currently playing the first game on Xbox (The Rereleased version) and then I値l be playing RE2. So I知 game so to speak.
MG, after playing RE2, try to watch RE Degeneration as it痴 a direct sequel.
Jedi, haven稚 played the outbreak games but I did once play the Gun Survivor game.

I don't even remember how far I got. I think this was before I left the nest. I do remember though that there were cheats to change your character in walking tofu or something.
You guys are making me itchy to play the game now.

Logic, puh. You don't need logic in games and movies. Logic sucks.

True. I never played much Mario, but my niece has brought over wii games and played them on the wii, so I play them with her sometimes. How come Mario can smash bricks with his fists, but dies when he touches a turtle?
