They're so hard to come by, who wouldn't?
For me living in Switzerland, they're indeed hard to come by
You should get one and store it. Maybe in 20 years when there's another reboot and/or Lucas managed somehow to become an A-List-actor, it might be worth a fortune
I mean, the original MacGyver Paperclip promo thingies are still being sold on Ebay

Daytime soap favorite Reign Edwards of CBS’s The Bold and the Beautiful has landed a multi-episode gig on CBS’s MacGyver. Her character, Liana, is described as an ambitious operative-in-training who will connect with Wilt Bozer (Justin Hires) at spy school.
A CBS rep tells TV Insider that the duo “will be put through a battery of excruciating tests and are adversaries at first. But then they start to work together and a flirtation begins—a relationship that’s against the rules at the academy.”
Edwards, a two-time Emmy nominee, plays social media exec Nicole Avant on B&B. So far, she’ll appear on at least three MacGyver episodes, and possibly more. The first airs November 17.

I thought the same thing!!! Again it makes you wonder how thought out the Introduction of Cage was. I wish they had introduced her in a three story arc! That would have made so much more sense, and I don't think fans would have perceived her as such a threat to the team dynamic. She has been so wedged in, and given a quick entry into the 'family' that it has made it difficult to like her. I'm not a huge Bozer fan as far as him becoming a field agent goes but maybe this will be a good b-story line??

Well, at least it makes sense now Bozer being in the field, after he had at least some training. What agency would take a non-trained mask-maker on field missions?
Also, I think Isabel Lucas should have had some promo since she was clearly intended as a regular. I get that they wanted to keep up the surprise, but after the news was out, there should have been a press release and maybe some sort of promo segment; e.g. a (video) interview on set while they were filming.
Her character still isn't listed on the show's website. Also, she has over 122k followers on Instagram; why didn't they ever bank on her fans to get them to tune in for the Season Premiere? Not to mention that many were confused after Episode 2x01; asking if she was going to stay with the Team itself or just at Phoenix with other agents.

Q: How is Season 2 of the “MacGyver” reboot going for you?
A: Last year when we were doing press, we were talking about a show we hadn’t seen yet, and we really just thought we were making fools of ourselves. This year, though, we know that we’re doing good stuff. Everyone on the production side is just over the moon. It’s a different job now.
George (co-star Eads) and I love coming to work. It’s still a hard job, but we like the challenges now … whereas last year, it could be a little overwhelming. This year, it’s more fun and the scripts are getting better, and they’re letting us have a little leeway to create things ourselves. It’s just really cool.
Q: With all the stunt work involved, have you come out of the show relatively unscathed so far?
A: No! On Day One, in Hour One, they wanted me running on the tarmac. They had the neat shoes that looked good, but they were terrible to run in. They were handmade leather shoes, and I ripped the leather, but I also was bleeding. My socks were covered in blood, just from ripping my feet up, and I was chafing on the back of my legs.
We got new pants that were stretchier after that, and it was learning-curve stuff. Recently, I was bouncing around in the back of a truck, and I was hitting my knees and my hips and my back. Everything that could go wrong went wrong, and if I’m not coming home hobbling at least twice a week, I’m not doing my job.
Q: Though Tracy Spiridakos’ first commitment is to “Chicago P.D.” now, do you hope to have her back as MacGyver’s ex-flame?
A: We haven’t given up on her, that’s for sure. She was great, and she jelled with us all really well, too. That (her character) turned out not to be a traitor was awesome.
Q: Is it still a consideration to get original “MacGyver” star Richard Dean Anderson on the show in some capacity?
A: They’re still taking about it, and how they’ll figure it out, I have no clue. But yeah, they talk about it.

I guess there will be more stills and promo with Billy Baldwin guest-starring.
“Packing Peanuts + Fire” – When MacGyver and Jack “steal” a priceless painting, using a table cloth and a shoe lace, in order to draw an infamous stolen art dealer out of hiding, they wind up getting conned out of the painting by the dealer’s team. Also, Riley’s estranged father, Elwood (Billy Baldwin), asks to be part of her life, and Matty sends Bozer to a spy training camp, on MACGYVER, Friday, Nov. 17 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
REGULAR CAST: Lucas Till (Angus “Mac” MacGyver) George Eads (Jack Dalton) Justin Hires (Wilt Bozer) Tristin Mays (Riley Davis) Meredith Eaton (Matty Webber) Isabel Lucas (Samantha Cage)

Weirdly, MacGyver isn't in any of them. If we didn't have the trailer already, I would think he's not part of the Episode
That doesn't make me more excited for this ep Considering the last Jack/Riley episode was my least favorite of the entire series! I am not a fan of Jack is Riley's dad. Uggg I hate how they have emphasized that this season! From these stills I think leaves Mac paired with Cage??

I think so, yes. I remember an Instagram Live Story by Peter Lenkov while editing where Mac is climbing some metal bars with Cage kicking bad guys on the ground. He deleted it only a few hours later, though.
But not before I had the video saved. Hehe.

I so hope Cage's character is killed off. I know that is unlikely but I have tried to see some merit to her character and can find none, although she seems like a very likeable, lovely person. It just brings nothing to the show and has really alienated some fans-although I find people have been really cruel and unkind about their complaints. There are other ways to say you don't find a character likeable or enjoyable without hurting the actor playing the role or making it a personal attack against them. Lenkov has held onto some very unliked characters on H50 like Katherine so I am not getting my hopes up. Sigh

I'm still not fully convinced about the purpose of Cage, but I was just getting used to her, and the Team Dynamics seems to work a lot better in the last few episodes. Besides, I don't want another Major main cast Change after only half a Season. I guess she'll stay at least until the next time Murdoc Shows up, but who knows what's going to happen then (especially since it Looks like Isabel is back in Australia right now).
Also, all recurring roles besides Murdoc are women (Penny, Nikki, Jill, Andie Lee). There's nothing wrong with bringing in a new female character that's permanent, but I think both with Matty and Cage it wasn't done that well - and with Cage it was pretty bad. They could have avoided a lot of fan outrages and complaints if they had brought Cage in as a recurring first.

I will say - I started watching this show because I was a fan of Isabel and saw she was going to be on. From what I can tell, I think she may be done filming, at least temporarily. If that’s the case - I hope it’s because that was the plan for Cage from the beginning and not because of the fan response. From what I’ve seen, people have been absolutely vile to her from the first episode. It’s been horrible.

The backslash against Meredith Eaton was the same in the beginning and can still be pretty vile, yet that obviously didn't bother the Producers enough to make her character go away.
They planted something when Murdoc adressed her in Episode 2x04, so I guess whatever happens to her was their plan for Cage all along. Just think it's a bit lazy they had that big reveal in the last Midseason Finale with Thornton and now they're probably doing the same with Cage (after all, they're filming Episode 2x13 right now and Cage has "disappeared").

I wish people weren't so vile... =P
But, the original was plagued with the same problem. For some odd reason, the fan base just revolted when a new female character was introduced. From the letters Richard Dean Anderson shared on Joan Rivers, they were scathing even back then! lol
However, I understand that Isabel isn't the problem here. It was how her character was introduced. But, as Dash already said, there's probably a reason for why they did this... so I'm currently just watching to see how things pan out.
I'm still not a fan of Matty though. =P
