Cannot believe its less than a month to go!

With all the worries and concerns Can we just take a moment realize Mac is coming back to prime time something we all wanted

It's just because MacGyver is special to us... that's all. It's like when someone takes your favorite recipe and changes it.... you're not sure if you're gonna like it, but you're willing to give it a try. The risk of it not being as good is always gonna be there until you try it. Anticipation can be murder though... *cries*

I, for one, am glad to see a return of the show... if it's done right remains to be seen. But, I'm preoccupied with other things so I'm not really worried about it right now.

When I see posters on the sides of buses, and tv ads announcing "MacGyver" it almost feels a bit surreal, in a good way.

As for the worries and concerns, I've simply accepted the fact that there will be things we like and things we don't like about this series, just as there were things we liked and didn't like about the original series. And I'm sure it will take a little while to adjust to the changes, but I'm keeping an open mind, and looking forward to see what they do with the character. And hey, even if it turns out to be really bad (which I don't think is likely), it still gave us something to get excited about for the past few months, which hasn't happened for a long time when it comes to MacGyver.

for me it is also a great opportunity to bring back old memories and to popularize one of the greatest hero and his creative nonviolent method of problem-solving, as a way of live.

I think We should also remember that even if this show will disappoint our (sometimes too high) expectations, still we have original show with RDA which reboot cannot erased from our memory.
