sooo just found out they have cast David Dastmalchian as the new murdoc for the reboot , murdoc was one of my fav char. so im honestly curious what are some fellow fans feelings on this ?

since the new Macgyver is team based, probably Murdoc would have his own team as well LoL.

Most likely they will do whatever they want and it wouldn't surprise me if they change all the aspects of the character just like they did with Jack. It's good to remember how well Michael Des Barres played that role-

I could picture them trying to make Murdoc truly vicious and evil, and forgetting that he had actually had a very entertaining side to his personality. And rather than just making elaborate traps for MacGyver, he'll send out henchmen with guns to chase and shoot Mac.
