I doubt the airdate is correct, though. With the Olympics, there might be more Fridays with no new episode. Also, on February 9 is "Celebrity Big Brother" scheduled, with a rerun of Episode 1x17 on Saturday, February 10.

My guess is they're playing the "Celebrity Big Brother" thing BECAUSE of the Olympics, not just for the sake of playing them.

MDB is excited, David Dastmalchian is excited, the producers and writers are excited, the fans are excited, I'm excited... We're like lemmings, hyping each other up. As much as I'm looking forward to this episode, I think I'll be glad when it's over. I don't know about you guys, but all the hype on twitter and fanning from fans is making me worry we're all gonna die of a heart attack before the episode actually airs, the way we're going.

It makes sense they don't want to hurt the ratings of their TV shows. In Germany, they're airing reruns of NCIS and H50 now because "Dschungelcamp" is on (guess the German version of something like "I'm a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!").

Although ratings in the US always drop around spring, so I'm not sure if it won't hurt the ratings as well if the Fall shows air well into April and May then having their Season Finales in March or April like the usually do. Also, long breaks are never good because the not-regular viewers might forget about the show or loose interest.

I have to admit that happens to me when they start changing airdates around, or when it takes longer than a year for a show to come back. I completely missed the beginning of Season 3 of "How to get away with murder". I'm not that interested to get a hold of it now that it's been so long since I watched Season 2.
