According to one of Diogo's previous Instagram posts, yes. He referred to the actress as "the sweaty-pie who plays my daughter" or something. I think he meant to say, "sweety"

New/Old BtS picture of the Opening Gambit for Episode 2x06 (Jet Engine + Pickup Truck). Looks like not only did they cut out Isabel Lucas (because she was wearing the traditional Sami clothing as well), but a whole scene involving the parade they talk about when hiding in the attic.

Maybe something we get to see on the S2 DVD Extras (if they are any).
