Just found this fan made action figure by a member of a site called SideShowCollections.

It seems that the figure is based on a GI Joe figure, but it blew me away when I saw the pictures.

I'm not able to contact the member through the site without joining it, otherwise I would find out some more information about it.

It's looks like a older version of Mac, maybe another 15 or so past the show.

It's apparently based on or made using a GI Joe action figure. Can't tell you who it is, but it's a pretty cool transformation to MacGyver.
