Hm, interesting. Though she could be a Stand-In or photo double of course (wouldn't know for whom, though) or she could play one of the recurring Phoenix Lab Techs... or Matty's assistant?

I certainly wouldn't mind seeing some of the same techs and agents every know and then. I lamented about that in S1 and I was kinda happy they chose to have Jill as recurring character.

It appears Levy Tran is in several episodes including episodes 15, 16, and 17, which I believe they are filming now.

I can understand them adding someone to maybe replace Jack until the end of the season, but it is another character. They had already added Leanna.

My concern is:
1. She will be like Cage and be a potential love interest for Mac, which I don't want.
2. She is going to take time from Riley. The episodes with Mac and Riley paired have been good and they have grown Riley's character so much this season, I don't want her pushed to the background.

I hope we get some details soon...

Yes I saw that Levy is on set with Tristin today... so she would be in at least 3 episodes.

It definitely doesn't mache much sense to me that they bring in another female field agent if they already have Reign as Leanna... on the other Hand, Leanna still feels to be a bit bland with no Background Story at all... similar to Thornton and Cage. Maybe they didn't know if Reign is available and re-wrote some scripts to put her in?

I could accept it more easily if she had some ties to Jack, but I'm pretty sure that won't be the case. It seems the writers and Producers were a bit surprised about George leaving (which doesn't make much sense to me if the Deadline article is true that he had wanted to leave for a while now). They weren't prepared to set up a storyline that spans a few episodes with Jack leaving and why and implementing the new Person coming in. It will feel as scrambled as the way they shoved in Cage. Maybe they simply re-wrote the Jack Scenes for a new character for the few scripts they already had in the works.

Funny thing: Reign is listed for 12 episodes on IMDb; same as Sandrine and Isabel. Maybe they have some weird rule that the regular newbies don't get more than 12-episodes-contracts

It is possible they simply rewrote some episodes to put in this new character to replace Jack. The only thing is George appeared in what felt like every other episode and she is already in 3 episodes.

I can understand the last minute addition, but I think they will need to cast someone to keep up the bromance. This could be temporary. I am fine with it as long as I said it doesn't push Riley in the background or she becomes a love interest.

Isn't ep. 15 called 'new recruit'? I really hope they don't add another female. Enough already. Leanna is just plain awful I don't care what they try to make her do. at least Riley has presence and real skill. and I think Mac needs a guy because the dynamic is different.

Was there, like, a deleted scene where Mac and Nasha broke up or something? We haven't seen her since 3x06. Or Tate Donovan since I-don't-know-when

I think it's mentioned in 3x07 or 3x08 that they are "taking time apart". I think he talks with Riley about it in 3x08 when they get Drinks at the bar of that Veteran function.

I've recently seen a BtS Video on Tumblr that has Tate in it. Apparently, Justin Hires had posted it on Snapchat, but never brought it to Twitter, FB or Instagram so I never got to see it and to bring it here. He seems to post on Snapchat first and the most but I don't have access there so I'm assuming I sometimes miss out on stuff unless it has Lucas in it (because stuff with Lucas usually ends up on fansites as well).

So Tate definitely was on set this or last week again. Which I've been waiting for a while now. It makes no sense to me that they invested so much time in S2 to build up that Story about finding his dad and then he just vanished. I mean, now that he knows his dad is his boss there should be at least mentioning him every now and then.
