Not very fond of it, either. They must have filmed several scenes so far because Sparky was on set for more than once. Guess those scenes always ended on the cutting room floor in the end...

And I just realized there could be another possibility: They could do reshoots for Episode 3x14 with the 2nd Team (Stand-Ins)... they still have a full week to edit the episode. And it's not that unusual for them to do reshoots 2-3 weeks after an episode was filmed...

There was no official statement. So I'm assuming 22 Episodes.
