The video was uploaded 8 or 9 months ago so it's absolutely possible he filmed that around the time of shooting Episode 2x15 (which was filmed pretty much a year ago today).

Hate when we can see the script title page but not read the title of the episode ;-). This is presumably while filming for Episode 3x13.

I think they use glycerine or vaseline, so probably no smell.

Though on the clothes, they may have just died it? I know for "instant sweat" they just spray water on a diffusor, but that's always tricky for continuity.

Even in Episode 3x07, they have a "glitch" - Mac is sweaty, then dry one minute, then suddenly all sweaty again after the cut to the next scene (when they catch the girl). They probably had the shirt in 2 different styles (one sweaty, one not) and might have filmed the scenes on different days; forgetting about continuity (or foregoing because adding it in post-production would have been too expensive).

Though I have to say I don't really understand why they added all that fake sweat here and so much on Mac. Maybe they thought they don't have to worry about the actors sweating for real?

But they had missions in countries with much warmer temperatures and never bothered to put on fake sweat... maybe the costume designers just had taken a class about it before
