Yes, because that had been the initial schedule when she was filming and probably no one ever told her it got changed.

That's the schedule how it looked on TheFutonCritic on October 26 versus the schedule on November 1st. They scrapped both airings on December 14 and 21, so 3x11 and the rerun. (The rerun got delegated to December 28, then to January 4 and then it got scrapped).

Episode 3x11 should have been the Season Finale and with the sort of title it has (Mac + Fallout + Jack), many worried that we'll be stranded with a mean cliffhanger over Christmas hiatus. And that this was the reason why George Eads hadn't been on set lately.

With CBS changing the schedule, all Friday shows ended on the 10th episode of the season as the midseason finale. Interestingly, it's 3x10 (for MacGyver) and 9x10 (for BB), but 9x11 (for H50). Because H50 often films out of order, I don't know if that was the initial episode intended for the timeslot or if they switched them around.
