According to the Irish Film Critic website season 2 on DVD will release in Ireland (and we assume the rest of the UK) on Sept. 18; 10 days before the premiere of season 3 in the U.S.
The DVD is listed as having similar special features as the first season and has a recommended retail price of $29.98.

We haven’t yet been able to confirm this on any other sites but we know season 1 was also released in the UK around the same time last year much to the surprise and dismay of U.S. fans, so this does fit CBS’ apparent M.O.
