‘Name The Album’ was a competition run by Norwegian MacGyver tribute band, ‘Phoenix Foundation’.
The contest was hosted here at MacGyver Online and asked fans to submit ideas for the naming of the band’s first album which was released on Oct 10, 2010.
The competition ran from Aug 1st to Aug 31, 2010, and received 107 entries of which 3 had the name the band finally decided as the winner – ‘Troubleshooter’.
The winners each received a prize pack comprising of a signed copy of the CD, a lifetime pass to all Phoenix Foundation concerts and the winner’s name credited in the CD booklet.
The winners where Louise Owen, Diane Carroll, and Mario Vandermeulen.
