Penny Parker (Bianca Malinowski) is a friend of Angus MacGyver (Lucas Till) and Wilt Bozer (Justin Hires).
Penny is one of MacGyver’s oldest friends since growing up in Mission City and pretty much the only friend that calls him by his surname. She was his first date and first kiss, but they managed to stay friends.
Penny has a theater major with a minor in psychology and lent Bozer the missile prop for one of his short movies.

Terrible character, Teri’s one is way better. Also very illogical in comparison with the OG.
But again the reboot is trash. Lucas can barely do anything with the horrible scripts he has.
