Jill Morgan is a forensics expert at the Phoenix Foundation, personally hired by Matty Webber (Meredith Eaton).
The team members occasionally ask her for help on personal missions, which gets her into a little bit of trouble at times. Prime Example: In Season 2, Jack Dalton (George Eads) enlists Jill and Elwood (Billy Baldwin) to help him break into Matty’s house and steal documents from her safe.
At the beginning of Season 3, she is seen leading a task force to help capture Murdoc (David Dastmalchian) – which later leads to her demise when he kills her.
