MacGyver first traveled to London, England with Zoe Ryan, a high school friend, who had persuaded him to help her find an ancient artifact known as the Holy Rose.
He returned several years later to attend his good friend Paul Moran’s 40th birthday; a trip which would turn into a murder investigation after Paul was shot and killed at the party.
