A small fast food stand and café on the ground floor of MacGyver’s Venice Beach apartment building. Its menu included specialties such as chicken nuggets, fish and chips, chili fries, Nacho’s and Louisiana Hot Links, in addition to drinks, including coffee so strong it’s “guaranteed to melt lead.” With a view of the ocean and several tables for outdoor seating, Coney Island was often frequented by pedestrians on Ocean Front Walk.
