MacGyver travelled to Oregon when his friend Amy Chandler cancelled a planned timber summit between local logging companies and environmentalist groups aimed at resolving the difference between environmentalist and the logging industry.
When MacGyver got there he soon found himself in the middle of a hostile conflict between his environmentalist friend Amy, and the local logging company. The conflict soon lead him to uncover corruption and illegal practices within the industry.
