Dr. Kozby

Affectionately known to his friends and co-workers as “Koz”, Phoenix Foundation scientist, Dr. Elliot Kozby was the project leader for the Anthrax Research Project when a vile of anthrax was stolen from the research lab by Steve Morrison. The theft came just as his team had started making progress towards finding a way to render Anthrax harmless and was about to ask Pete for more money due to having spent the entire projects budget on the research stage, leaving none for the development stage.
