Matt Webber

Matt Webber joined the Phoenix Foundation as their Director of Intelligence. His extensive DXS experience of mostly working special assignments in highly volatile parts of the world made him a perfect choice for the position.

Webber was promoted to Director of Field Operations, when Pete resigned after an explosion during a project he was heading. MacGyver later found that the explosion was part of an elaborate plan by Webber to execute his own private assault operation against a visiting South American leader.
