Prof. Cornwell

Professor B. Cornwell was MacGyver’s old biology teacher at Caltech University. He had since moved on from teaching and created the Cornwell Institute; a private research institution located in Kenya and funded by UNESCO and Moscone Industries for the sole purpose of creating a super seed which could grow in saltwater instead of freshwater which he believed could solve world hunger by allowing food to be grown in otherwise useless land areas. However, the success of his research attracted the attention of powerful stakeholders who were willing to stop at nothing to get control of his research. It was this attention which lead the professor to ask for MacGyver’s help, unfortunately, the professor was shot and killed before he was able to explain how MacGyver could help him.
